Five Daily Habits

These are five daily acts that I've been transitioning into habits.

1. At the beginning of each day, meditate for 30 minutes or until focused.
2. Write down everything that I want to complete today that will contribute to my longterm goals, bounded between one and three things inclusive.
3. Stretch.
4. Focus on only one thing at a time.
5. At the end of each day, write down every positive thing that happened that day.

I like to call these five habits my 'absolutes.' In other words, no matter how hectic my day is, I will absolutely do these five things come hell or high water.
